Specifications

1. 6 x 6 Tru-Lam skids. Skids are nailed and glued.
2. The flooring frame is double 2 x 4 syp, 24” on center.
3. The floor is 3/4” plywood, glued and nailed.
4. The walls are 2 x 4 syp (Southern Yellow Pine), 24” on center.
5. The roof purlins are 2 x 4 syp.
6. The roof and sidewall metal will be 29 gauge wheeling steel. This is a “Full Hard” sheet, with 100,000 P.S.I. tensile strength. The paint coating is warranted against chipping and peeling for 25 years.
7. There will be closure strips installed on the roof and ends of the building.
8. Color coated screws will be installed on roof and sidewall metal.
9. Roof pitch will be 6/12.
10. 12” overhang with vented soffitt.
11. Gutters and downspouts.
12. One (1) 4’0” x 6’0” steel walk door.
13. One (1) 6’0” x 6’0” double steel door.
