1. The entire building is guaranteed, for a period of one (1) year, against leaks and defects in workmanship and materials.
2. Sliding doortrack and rollers are guaranteed not to need oiling for the life of the building.
3. CenturyDrain paint coating is warranted against fading, chalking, chipping, peeling and red rust – for a period of twenty five (25) years.
   Treated wood has a lifetime warranty. The treated wood is “Lifetime Wood”.
4. Tru-Bilt crews are assigned to your building and will remain with it until a quality job has been done. You have our promise on it.
5. The crew that builds your building will be full-time, year round, well-experienced employees of Tru-Bilt – all employees are fully insured.
